I am all about budget-friendly decor that looks curated and beautiful! We don’t have to sacrifice a gorgeous home for money in our wallet, we can have both! All it takes is a little creativity and time!
For Summer, I love nothing more than having plants all around my home! It kind of brings the inside and the outside together, and in my opinion, just makes everything mesh better! With that being said though, I definitely don’t want to buy a new pot or planter every time I want to get a new plant– It’s not cost effective and I really don’t need more things to store once I want a change, which is sometimes often! So, using what you already have is a win, win, win, all-around!
Lucky for you, I compiled a list of creative updates you can make to ordinary items, or even old pots you have lying around, to give them new life and purpose! All of these ideas are pretty simple, and there’s tons of options, so make sure to check ’em all out and pick some of your favorites!

Not only do I find that it saves me money, but it gives my home a more curated, personal look! Anyone can buy any planter from any store, but not anyone can paint the same animal face on the same terra cotta pot in the exact same way– you catch my drift? Now you have tons of ideas and a weekend project ahead, time to get started!
