I have a large turkey platter just like one of Donna’s. It was my husband’s grandmothers, and I was surprised none of his siblings nor cousins wanted it. I use it every year. Problem was it was too large for either of my china cabinets with the plate ridges in them. My contractor took out a window when he built an addition to our home, he was fixing to cover it up when I ran the idea of a plate rack by him. He had it built that afternoon! I can finally display that beautiful platter!
