Let’s look back on the year: Here are the highlights from 2017
It’s always good to reflect – on the good and the bad. Last year started off rough for me personally. I have some seasonal depression and it really attacked me last January, it is such an amazing blessing to see how far this year has brought me. I am constantly learning about myself and how to avoid falling into the same pit. God’s grace is so good. I will share more on this topic later this year. Here is how the sunlight seemed to break through for me last year, maybe it will help someone out there this year.
The Good NoiseLooking back gives me a peek at what you guys like and while I’m here to get the creativity out of my head, I love to give you want you want! In 2018 you can expect more easy DIY projects, personal stories, Facebook lives (I love to connect this way, so if you don’t follow me, go here and do it please! Be sure to like and follow for notifications.) and generosity. This is a word God has placed on my heart and while it definitely incorporates giving away goodies, it encompasses so much more and we will explore that together a little bit this year. I’m always surprised at the posts that gain the most traction, that bring in the most visitors and provoke the most responses, so here are a few of the posts from 2017 that had impact according to my blog statistics:
The most viewed post and interestingly enough this pic is the most wide spread of mine on Pinterest:

My personal favorite project was: The beginning of my childhood dollhouse makeover, can’t wait to finish up the renovation this year! It was SO MUCH FUN!
Each one of you is a blessing to me. Really. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy sharing with you, hearing from you and learning from you. Every single one of you has a unique story to tell and I am so blessed when you chose to share yours and allow me to weave my story into yours. Isn’t that what it’s all about? Here is to a wonderful 2018 and I pray for you and me that we draw closer to God, hear Him louder, share Him bolder and together we shine bright lights that draw others to Him. Oh…and come up with some fun DIY and decor as we go 😉 Happy New Year sweet friend.
