Sometimes we only look at what is right in front of us, and because of this we often have a blind spot to things that could be important or good! This is true not only in life, but also in home renovation! We all have a tendency to leave the ceiling the same old white color it’s always been– it’s forgotten about! But I think it’s time we get creative with our ceilings and start looking around us, instead of straight ahead!
Treat your blank ceiling as a fun, fresh place to express yourself– there aren’t ONLY 4 walls in every room!!! Not only is this the perfect opportunity to express yourself and curate your home that much more, but it’s also a way to bring your ceilings up some and make the room look bigger! Since the eye is drawn upwards, the room is automatically larger than it was before– at least you’ll think it is!
