As you look at your creative gifts and talents it is hard to say, ” I am really talented at ________”. At least I find that phrase hard to verbalize out loud. Do you?
When you shift that phrase and your heart behind it says, ” I am really talented at ________ because of Christ” the words flow more freely. It’s not a braggadocios comment, not self absorbed or prideful. It’s honoring and grateful, giving glory where due and confidence to the receiver of the great gifts God bestows on each of us individually. I hope this verse will help you walk in a confidence rooted in the giver of all good gifts. We were meant to use the talents hidden in our souls and this verse helps me to do that!
